Why are your courses so affordable?

Our courses are affordable because we believe in making professional development accessible to everyone. We achieve this by optimising our delivery methods, eliminating unnecessary overheads, and focusing on providing high-quality, industry-relevant content. At AA4PD, we stand by the principle: High-quality courses shouldn’t be expensive.

Do you have the option of invoicing payments instead of paying via your website?

Yes, we accommodate payment via invoice. Please contact us at info@aa4pd.com.au with the details of the course(s) you wish to enrol in. We will prepare and send an invoice for your order. Once payment is received, we will enrol you in the selected course(s), and you will have immediate access to the course materials.

Can I purchase multiple courses at once? And do I need to complete them in a specific timeframe?

Yes, you can! At AA4PD your enrolments are Valid for 12 Months. You can complete your courses within hours, days or even months. After purchase, you have unlimited offline access to your courses. So, whenever you wish to review course content, just study from anywhere, at any time and complete your courses at your own pace.

As a business manager/representative, I would like to pay for my staff/team courses. Is it possible to purchase a number of courses for them to undertake?

Can I request courses that are not available in AA4PD catalogue?

How can I get my payment receipt for my order?

Does all AA4PD courses include a quiz?

Yes, all courses include a 10-question true or false quiz. Participants have unlimited submission attempts to pass the quiz.

Are all AA4PD courses, Australian related?

All courses are specifically designed and developed for the Australian workforce.

How should I know what to expect to learn from each course?

We provide detailed information on what is included in each course content. On every course description page there are two important headings: "Course Overview" and "Learning Outcomes". They provide general information about the topic and specific information covered in the course content.

How long does it take to complete a PD course?

It normally takes around 2-3 hours to complete any of our courses - depending on your learning speed and the topic. 

How many quiz attempts do I have?

At AA4PD, you have Unlimited Submission Attempts to course quiz. Any course quiz consists of 10 straightforward true or false questions and you could retake the quiz as many times as you need. It takes around 5 minutes to complete any quiz. 

I'm not sure how to purchase and complete an AA4PD course, what should I do?

When do you add new courses? And how could I know about them?

We add new courses every week. You could frequently visit our "New Courses" page.  

What type of evidence do I get after completing a course?

When you complete any of our courses, you will receive a customised secured PDF “Certificate of Completion”, which you can share with your employers, potential employers or auditors. Certificates of Completion help demonstrate your accomplishments, please note AA4PD certificates cannot be used for formal accreditation. Non-Accredited Vs Accredited Courses

How many Professional Development activities should I undergo each year?

The Continuing Professional Development requirements depends entirely on your profession. Professionals in some fields must complete mandatory CPD requirements in order to maintain their registration. For others it is entirely discretionary but no less important and should earn a minimum of ten PD courses each year.

Are AA4PD courses tax deductible?

Our professional development courses may be tax deductible. You may be able to claim tax deduction for self-education expenses. Please see your tax advisor.

Where should I record my CPD activities?

You should maintain records of your CPD activities on your professional development plan. Also, add a new section titled, “Professional Development Activities” on your resume, under that title list all your PD courses that you’ve completed. Your manager, auditor, employer or potential employer will definitely find value in this section of your CV.

Can I use my smart phone to access my course?

AA4PD online Academy is mobile-friendly. This means you can use your computer in addition to any mobile device; phone, tab, etc. to enrol and complete your online course with us.
