With other training providers, enrolling and managing team training requires significant time and effort — creating administrator accounts, setting up dashboards, manually enrolling staff, tracking progress and completions, following up with staff, and managing records and certificates. These tasks are not only difficult and time-consuming but takes you away from your real work.
At AA4PD, we eliminate this burden entirely. We take care of everything for you — team enrolments, course access, and certificate issuance.
Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth enrolment-to-completion process. We offer two convenient options:
OPTION 1 – Purchase via AA4PD’s Website (Quicker Process)
1. Select Course(s) and Enrolment Quantity:
a) Add the desired course(s) and the quantity of each course to your CART. The quantity should be based on the number of team members participating in each course.
For example,
- If your team consists of 16 members and wish to enrol them in ONE course, add the course to your cart and set the quantity to 16.
If you wish to enrol them in TWO (or more) different courses, add each course to your cart and set the quantity for each course based on how many team members you want enrolled in that course (for example, set one course to 7 and the other to 9). The quantities across all selected courses must add up to a total of 16 enrolments.
b) Complete the purchase. After payment you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email containing the Payment Receipt for your order. If you can’t locate this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
2. Download, Complete and Send Your "Team Training Form” to 'Abby' at info@aa4pd.com.au

Upon receiving your completed Team Training Form, we will promptly provide each team member access to the course materials including the instructions on how to successfully complete their course(s) and receive their Certificates of Completion.

1. Download, Complete and Send Your "Team Training Form” to 'Abby' at info@aa4pd.com.au
