Other training providers require you to enrol and manage your team training yourself, which can involve significant time and effort — including creating administrator accounts, setting up dashboards, manually enrolling staff, tracking progress and completions, following up with staff, and managing records and certificates. These tasks are often complex and time-consuming and can take you away from your core work.
At AA4PD, we eliminate this burden entirely. We take care of everything for you — team enrolments, course access, progress tracking, and certificate issuance.
Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth team enrolment-to-completion process. We offer two convenient options for both TRAINING courses and ASSESSMENT-ONLY courses:
OPTION 1 – Purchase via AA4PD’s Website (Quicker Process)

a) Register a free AA4PD account HERE. Find the course(s) you need and open each course page. Add the desired course(s) and the quantity of enrolments/seats for each course to your CART. The quantity should be based on the number of team members undertaking each course.
For example,
- If your team consists of 16 members and wish to enrol them in ONE course, add the course to your cart and set the quantity to 16, OR
- If you wish to enrol them in TWO (or more) different courses, add each course to your cart and set the quantity for each course based on the number of team members you want enrolled in each course (for example, set one course to 7 and the other to 9). The quantities across all selected courses must add up to a total of 16 enrolments.
b) Complete the purchase with the applicable DISCOUNT. After payment you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email containing the Payment Receipt for your order. If you can’t locate this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
2. Download, Complete and Send Your "Team Training Form” to 'Abby' at info@aa4pd.com.au
