Important Notice: Existing AA4PD account holders currently on our Learning Management System will have access to their courses until 1 December 2024. After this date, if you have any unfinished courses, please contact us at info@aa4pd.com.au to provide you with an alternative completion option.
AA4PD Announcement
We are pleased to announce a new and streamlined approach to purchasing, completing, and certifying your professional development courses with AA4PD.
This change is designed to enhance your learning experience, providing a seamless process as part of our commitment to improving the overall participant experience and increasing operational efficiency.
Previous Process
Previously, participants accessed their course materials and quizzes through our Learning Management System (LMS). However, feedback highlighted several challenges with this process, including login issues with the LMS, difficulties with navigation, and a desire for offline access to course content.
The New and Simplified Process
To address these concerns, we have revised our process to better serve our customers and improve overall efficiency. Now, participants will follow these steps:
- Course Purchase and Access: Participants will purchase and download their chosen course material directly from our website.
- Independent Review and Study: Participants will review their saved copy of the course content. This offline access allows for greater flexibility in learning and personal reference.
- Quiz Submission: Upon completing the course content, participants may submit their quiz responses to info@aa4pd.com.au, making it easy and accessible for everyone, regardless of technical familiarity.
- Assessment and Certification: Once received, our assessors will review and mark the quiz answers, issuing a customised digital 'Certificate of Completion' within 24 hours of successful completion.
