The assessment will examine your understanding of offer and acceptance requirements, preparing accurate contract drafts through consultation and organisational processes, and applying legal requirements for validity. It will also confirm your capability to manage progress payments and extension of time processes, assess and schedule payments, manage EOT applications, administer variations through controlled documentation, monitor time and price impacts, and minimise exposure to liquidated damages or penalties through timely and compliant administration.
