It will also assess how you monitor learner engagement, participation, responses, and progress and apply facilitation strategies that maintain momentum and maximise learning progress, manage technology and integrity requirements during delivery by applying organisational procedures for security, privacy, confidentiality, authentication, academic integrity, and responding to technical issues, and review online learning effectiveness by collecting learner feedback, reflecting on facilitation performance, documenting outcomes, consulting required personnel, implementing improvements, and maintaining secure learner records in line with regulatory, organisational, and WHS requirements.
